Well what a busy weekend it's been. I've had an amazing time with my crafty friends at the Hobbycraft, Sewing and Fashion show at Birminghams NEC. Fabric, buttons, ribbons galore. The show was a real mixture of talented displays and aisle upon aisle of shopping heaven. I met a lovely lady Stephanie Redfern (stephanieredfern.wordpress.com) who does beautiful mixed media art on giant sheets of Indian handmade paper. I bought a small pack try using with my machine too. A new way to display my work maybe. In the afternoon I discovered the excitement of Thermomax screen printing. Screen printing is something Ive wanted to try for awhile and this is a really simple method. I'll post a step by step tutorial when I try it out.
Also in the PearTree craft room, I've been beavering away making things for the forth coming Bearwood Handmade craft fair. This is my debut fair but I'm really excited so please come and support me.
Thanks reading my lovelies.
Bye for now.
